As we approach the last month of 2018, I'm so ashamed of myself because I have not ran a single time this year. (Don't talk about chase bus chase people and all) Honestly feeling very lazy and tired mostly, especially with the change of job which demand longer hours, but I know is a lousy excuse.So I have decided to be disciplined by being part of #cnychallenge2019. My personal goal is to lose that annoying lower belly fat so I can stop sucking it in when I wear body hugging dresses!
