Rabokki

Rabokki - ramyeon + tteobokki! Made this for lunch at work last week! So easy and yummy! All my kaki love it very much.

So yum. Recipe roughly adapted from https://mykoreankitchen.com/rabokki/
For the stock, I substitute with my aunt homemade stock. And reduce sugar.

I didn't buy Korean fish cake. I used local flat ngoh hiang fish cake from Dodo. Pretty similar to Korean fish cake taste. Cheap n good!

Didn't make the sauce too thick as we ate it over hot pot.., it will slowly boil down to a rich sauce!
