Specially for my dad who's craving for it!
Warm up in the oven for 10 mins to crisp the skin.
Woohoo glad I managed to chop it up decently! Pretty tough though as I do not have a thick wooden board just a normal plastic one.

The roasted goose was so good! I think taste better than the popular one! Tasty, juicy n moist. So yummy!
Kept some for today lunch box! Still as tasty! Love the sauce too!
