Recently have been struck by a constant feeling that I am not working out enough which is logically abit ILLOGICAL because I know I ramped up from 0 mins of exercise to at least 3-6 hours a week recently. Still I worry and I fuss about my meals more and I strike out options like rice consistently. I Guess all these things are normal in the grand scheme of losing weight but I am still worried that I am inadvertently slipping into my black hole of .... obsessiveness hahhaahaha
