Since week 24, I made a conscious effort to sleep on my left. Cause my gynae asked me to sleep on my left to increase blood flow to baby.(It worked btw! 👧🏻’s weight is back on track on week 29)It’s a lot of effort for me though, cause I like to sleep on my right/on the back. 😭😭😂😂I didn’t have difficulty sleeping during my pregnancy, until i am advised to sleep on my left.

I realise, my hip is bigger by 1”. It’s 37” now.Holy mama.My thighs are also bigger, cause the once loose maternity👖 is more fitting at the thighs for me now.Rofl.I must exercise these extra meats away after pregnancy.💪🏻I can’t wait to go back to hot yoga or do my HIIT. I have since decided to be really positive.
