Over the weekend, I tried to make my own 麻辣香锅☺️Glad that it turned out more to the taste I wanted but it can be better!Roughly chopped garlic and sautéed it with the sauce first.But I’ll reduce the chili oil next time cos it’s really 麻! And shall we diligent to sieve out the peppercorns from the mala sauce.I used the HDL mala fry sauce for it. Bought so many packets of it during cny sale cos my favourite mala store closed down and I spent so much time trying other stores but it couldn’t

Sometimes things don’t go well and they prolong for months, and get a bit better then go down again.Especially tough when the waves of “bad luck” or “things going wrong” comes in consecutive days. Because everyday I’ll wake up to a fresh day and hope for a fresh start but sometimes it’s just not it.But I’m gonna be strong. Because whatever is going wrong now, which may look bad, may not even seem important when I look back 10 years later.Focusing on the happier stuff like my OPPA 😍
