Marmalade turned out so bitter 😵Tried it yesterday and thought the bitterness is ok like I can ignore it. Ate it today and was like NAH. I think I’ll most likely bin them. May try again if I come across more Seville oranges in the market. So far most recipes say to juice the oranges. I followed Tivoli’s recipe and it says to liquify/blend them like you would a smoothie? I thought that could mean better extraction of flavour and pectin.
