Started the day by rolling around in bed for half an hour before getting up. Not fully recovered yet but I can’t take this sedentary lifestyle any longer and did a quick but brutal Jake Dupree workout 💦 in our exercise room. Sweating within the first 10 mins. Also realised my core is quite nonexistent. 😂 (My goal for this quarter is to use that room more often! It’s quite neglected 😩) And came out to a fruits feast with this cuppa.PH is looking damn good to me currently. ♥️
I have a Gratitude journal 📓 which I love cause urhm it’s pink and has golden letters embossed on it.I will pen down what I’m feeling grateful for in Life for the day.When I flip back to read, I realised I write bed / fluffy things / sleep / longer sleep / good sleep quite often. 😂I’m such a frivolous or to view from another perspective, easily contented person. 😌😌😌
