Food and friends make a very big part of life as much as you think you don’t have them most of the time. I had 3 consecutive days of 1 x can of beer this week. Madness as life has been, we made time for other little things. For the better part of us, we go and make our lives and selves better. The stress is hitting the roof, but we gotta do what we have to. And for the shittiest period, peaking, we bite the bullet and run along. 💨💨💨
Been super duper long since my last entry. And while everyone is still at theirs, lemme have my input too.This is how happy life can be if you decide to do so. Work out for the week - 2/3 ✅Mask every night ✅Hydrating as much as possible ✅Sleep better cos with exercise ✅Eat well and try not to skip meals ✅Little wins.
