YAY to the cny break! I have been operating at half my capacity today and it’s torturous!! 2 cups of coffee didn’t help one bit. That aside though, everything else has been great recently.1) Work has been kind to me but it’s only the start so I also don’t wanna jinx it. 2) Just celebrated my fourth year together with R! 3) one of my 2019 resolution was to spend more time with friends and I think I did a pretty good job in jan’19. Even reconnected with one of the sweetest girl I know 😍

First workout since work started cause I’ve been sooooo lazy the past 2 days. Just 9 seconds lesser and I would have hit my jan’19 goal.. well 1 more week for me to shave if I guess. Have always been a slow runner + cardio hater so baby steps ya.Also really need to head to an actual gym but now that I’m working at a god forsaken place, FF becomes so inconvenient. Prob the main reason why I miss working in the cbd.

2019 is starting to look better... kinda. Ive finally gotten a job offer after being unemployed for... nearly 5 months lolol. How did I survive monetary wise idk, but I do know the major bulk of it was spent in bliss in melb with R so definitely no regrets. If I had waited, I’d have missed the chance to have a pseudo married life overseas so all’s good. But I realised deep down, I’m still quite a prideful person la. Age hasn’t mellowed me down in this sense.

I have never regretted a workout done, but it takes SO MUCH willpower to drag myself outta bed and to the gym. Here’s hoping for a good cardio and abs day *fingers crossed*
