We are at 30 weeks today! 10 more weeks before shit gets real.... i mean until we meet our baby! Just went for a gynae visit today and the doctor told us that baby is on the skinnier side but she has long legs so everything is okay? I don't get the logic but since he said okay, then okay lor? A was super happy after hearing this because this means baby didnt inherit his short stumpy legs. 😅
Hello! Decided to post to get rid of the depressing post previously. We made it to Week 25! A has begun counting down, "3 and a half months more!" And honestly, I feel so unprepared. So far all we have bought for baby is clothes and some diapers . 😂 No cot, no pram, no milk bottles, no towels, no bib, no handkerchiefs. And we haven't decide on a name for our baby girl.
Just heard a very very sad news. One of my colleague gave birth prematurely and the baby didnt survive. She's at least 2 months ahead of me so the baby should be close to 30 weeks? I thought the survival rate is quite high at close to 30 weeks. Omg. And the really sad thing is, I heard she tried really long for this baby. Like 6 to 7 years long? Imagine feeling like you are so close to holding your own child and to have it slip from your fingers so near to the end point.
