Bored of going to the same old places in Singapore? So are we! 😩 I'm sure all of us have felt this way before... But hey, this month's gonna be different 😏 With all the events lined up, we're sure you will be just as excited as we were when we were consolidating all the new & exciting places that we think you should be visiting next! πŸ™‹πŸ»

1. ArtBox Singapore 🎑

Guess what? Bangkok’s largest creative pop-up flea market, Artbox, has made its way to Singapore this weekend! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Singapore is Artbox’s 1st foreign venture, and you can bet that we can’t wait for their arrival too! Expect a music stage with open-mic sessions, more than 200 fashion stalls selling quirky lifestyle products and 60 food stalls (food trucks too!) πŸ˜‰ Mark your calendars, we’ll see you there πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

2. TulipMania 2017 - Gardens By The Bay 🌷

Back by popular demand, Gardens by the Bay will be holding their tulip festival again, showcasing the artist’s masterpieces with the use of flowers! πŸ’πŸ’— This year’s Tulipmania takes inspiration from Vincent Van Gogh, one of the most famous Dutch artists to date. There will be more than 100 varieties of tulips and hyacinths used as part of the floral display. Be sure not to miss this garden of inspiration!

3. Easter Egg Hunting @ Smurfs' Lost Village at Jurong Bird Park πŸ¦‰

In conjuction with The Smurfs' Lost Village movie that is already out in cinemas, 300 Smurf figurines are planted in Jurong Bird Park's Waterfall Aviary!


There are 1,000 hidden eggs around the aviary, and visitors can take part in an Easter Egg Hunt around the aviary to stand a chance at winning a prize! πŸ˜„

Besides Easter Egg hunting, there are several other activities held at Jurong Bird Park too! Channel your kid's creativity in making easter themed crafts & savour the smurfy blue-and-white macarons! πŸ˜‹ All activities mentioned are only available from 10am-4pm this weekend (14-16 April), so don't hesitate to plan a trip down with your family and friends for an egg-citing day at the Bird Park πŸ˜‰

Amoy St. Bloc Party returns to much anticipation for its second edition! From 3pm to 10pm on the 23rd of April, Amoy Street will come alive and transform into a bustling street festival filled with lots of feasting and laughter. Bop along to exciting live performances from local music acts, enjoy signature food & drinks from popular vendors such as diner-vibed Burger Joint, wine bar & lunch spot Gemmills 🍻 Are you ready? πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

5. The Universe and Art 🎭

Finally, the ArtScience Museum is back with another exhibition! πŸ˜‰ Take an artistic voyage through space, and look at how contemporary artists have made sense of new scientific advances as well as more radical theories.

Divided into 4 main themes & featuring over 120 original artworks, scientific artefacts and manuscripts; this exhibition presents visions of the universe from across the globe and through the centuries.
