Gynae says that nothing can be done to encourage the softening of the cervix. Oh well, the raspberry tea leaf tasted quite nice at least. Baby’s head is still high.& cos of some reading on the fetal heart rate/contraction machine, we were asked if we wanted to induce tonight or go for further scans to make sure the placenta is delivering supply well first. If ok, we can continue to wait.Waiting for the scan now!
Hao Men Xiang Gu - one of my favourite CNY dishes from B’s family! They are Teochew, so their dishes are different from what my family has. This is mushrooms, oysters and facai. The broth is super flavourful after! Other dishes include “Guo Nian Yu”, where you boil the fish and eat it straight(mainly for the roe). Oh! & my favourite (a lot of favourites la) Ngor Hiang.
I completed my 4th sesh of yoga therapy by 1pm! I do believe it’s very basic yoga with a lot more focus on the breath, but I’m also being brought through the birth process. I wanted to occupy myself in the PM so I thought I would do some baking? I told my MIL I might head out to grab stuff from Phoon Huat before she left the house. While I was preparing to leave, my BIL (who’s at home today) knocked and told me he’s been told to accompany me 😂. So cute of my MIL.
