So one morning ahlao was like “I’ll cut it for our breakfast!”

Wtf I was waiting for my breakfast but it become lunch cos he spent so much time carving out the spikes and did such a beautiful spiral I kent 😂😂😂

Lunch was a simple tofu stir fry! With bean sprouts, onion and spring onions.
My nya nya used to cook this a lot when I lived with her and this was one of my favourites!! But ugh so mafan to pluck the sprouts!! 😆

Prepare pasta for our dinner the other day! I had lots of ingredients in the verge of expiring so I made a big pot of pasta sauce lolol.
Boiled some fusilli, added mozzarella on top, then I wrapped the casserole with aluminium foil, then freeze! Perfect for lazy dinners haha.
Just thaw and bake, then dinner is ready! 😛

That roast chicken was a leftover from our shoot with Bosch the previous day lol 😂
On some days we feel lazy too so we have instant noodles for dinner haha. I made a simple long bean egg + stir fried nai bai so we can have some green too la 😅
The noodles are from Taiwan! They come with beef cubes hehe. The brand is 满汉大餐! 🍜

HDL with Ahlao’s fam cos we were celebrating his birthday hehe. Food was nubbad (fresh ingredients) but I still prefer BITP for the broth!! Hands down win!!

Later that evening, we had a tasting session at Paddy Hills to try out their buffet menu!

Oysters ran out really early at like 9pm and we were really disappointed cos Ahlao only managed to order 1! 😆
As for the other dishes, there were some hits and misses! I love the rice and salted egg wings 🤤
But the dessert kek was really super dry and the beer milkshake served with the brownie looked a bit like barf 🙃

Omg slicing the veggies and stuff into these were a pain in the ass! So much mafan omgah. But they look pretty so bobian 🤷🏻♀️
A really healthy and colourful dinner! 🌈
For the dressing, I mixed peanut butter, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and water! Then I microwave everything and add more water till I am please with the taste and consistency. No right or wrong! 😊
As for ingredients, put whatever you like! I use zucchini, carrots, avocado, onion, egg, capsicum, cucumber!
There’s pork bones, red dates, garlic, ikan bilis and one while cucumber hehe. I don’t eat any of the ingredients, I just want th soup 😅 Ahlao eats everything else 😂
Soupy mee tai mak on a rainy night! This one legit bagus. We threw in some veg, minced pork and 2 eggs. Mad comforting!! 😍

Some beef stew pasta which was nubbad! I’m not a tomato based pasta person but this was really tangy and gud. Plus the beef chunks were so tender! Loved the fresh egg pasta too 🍝
Porcini truffle pasta!
I had high expectations for this but unfortunately it was haihao only! Truffle on point but the whole dish was a bit too watery for my liking. Mebbe I’ll try the carbonara next time!
