Day 2Mood: Happy Sleep: 7 hours (70% optimal)Breakfast: 3 full cups of water Lunch : sliced fish soup with tomyum Tea:3 kiwi Dinner: totally fail. Ive planned to cook my own dinner but daughter duties call. Ended up Rojak and sambal fish. LOLDid day 2 workout with day 1 this morning. Feeling good from the workout and all set and ready for work! Perhaps it's a good idea to workout before work? Tmr is gonna be GG for diet. Wine party and not v nice to say no for a bday party. Oh wells
