Fitness routine resume!After 3 mths break due to poor health and holiday mood, finally started the fitness routine this week!Yesterday started kpopx fitness organized by office on every mondays....Today went for 2 hrs jumping classes! Damn shag after rested too long but body feels great after sweating like hell! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻My weight has been quite stagnant hovering 54-55 range....need to push more to see a 53 soon? 🙏🏻
