Basic Crow & Side Crow Workshop @ Anahata YogaThis is already my fourth yoga workshop at Anahata Yoga! I can do a basic crow pose but have never been able to hold for >5 seconds comfortably. My knees either slide off the sides of my arms, or the pressure on my arms hurt so much that I can’t continue holding the poseI knew there was something not fully right with what I was doing, which of course made me very eager to attend the workshop and correct whatever it was
Al’s surprise breakfast delivery for me again :’)He is always an actions>words person. I was so miserable last night battling a leaking nose + hurting throat + headache, and was just allowing myself to indulge in the misery. Al wanted to help but didn’t know how to, and he thoughtfully ordered breakfast for me today, delivered to my workplace! ❤️
Feeling so dizzy after a night of poor sleep + several unwanted dreams. My throat is deteriorating rapidly again. I was recovering for the first three days of the week but after the third night, the pain came straight back. I am so sure it was my K2s. SighI really dislike being in such immense discomfort. Soul Flow @ Freedom Yoga (5/6 class pack)I thought to pen this down immediately today because in this evening’s Soul Flow class, I cried. Princess’ Soul Flow has always been my favourite kind of yoga. It is a choreographed yoga sequence that flows to the beat of the music, and I must add that music and I share a special relationship
