Cooked my lunch for today! Whole wheat noodles, 小白菜, cherry tomatoes, shimeji mushrooms & grilled chicken breastMy legs are so so sore from the workout earlier 😩

My entire diet now consists of: fruits, egg whites, fish soup and a ton of veggies 🌚Ate fish soup for lunch and dinner yesterday. Today I’m having fish soup again 😩

DAY 3 Did my usual skipping yesterday, accompanied with some abs exercises that I couldn’t continue after 2 sets 😅 shame on me lol DAY 4 Hitting the tracks with my friend later! I hope I don’t die ~
