Just one of the dinners that I cooked. ♡Sunny side up (with runny yolk) ♡Brown rice♡Stir fry korean style cabbage+lettuce+carrot+enoki mushroom with pork belly. Marinated the pork belly with korean red chilli powder, soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper in e morning b4 i went to work. Husband loves it so much that he had second helping. Always a joy to see him happily eating. Cooking is my form of destress aft a long day at work. But the washing is not my favorite. 😂😂#dayrecooks

Rather, we go from wrong to slightly less wrong. And when we learn something additional, we go frm slightly less wrong to slightly less wrong than that, and then to even less wrong than that, and so on. We r alws in e process of approaching truth and perfection without actually ever reaching truth or perfection.
Oatmeal porridge after morning run. 😍 Rolled oats cooked in water, tgt with 1/2 frozen banana, chia seeds, flaxseed meal and cinnamon powder. And then later topped with coconut flakes, hemp hearts, strawberries and figs (so happy to see figs at the supermarket!!). Drizzled with honey. I love breakfast food teehee.
