Glorious pork belly with beautifully crackled skin. Each bite down the pork sends a burst of texture - crispy skin with succulent flesh. Mamamia~~~~

Just one of the dinners that I cooked. ♡Sunny side up (with runny yolk) ♡Brown rice♡Stir fry korean style cabbage+lettuce+carrot+enoki mushroom with pork belly. Marinated the pork belly with korean red chilli powder, soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper in e morning b4 i went to work. Husband loves it so much that he had second helping. Always a joy to see him happily eating. Cooking is my form of destress aft a long day at work. But the washing is not my favorite. 😂😂#dayrecooks

Oatmeal porridge after morning run. 😍 Rolled oats cooked in water, tgt with 1/2 frozen banana, chia seeds, flaxseed meal and cinnamon powder. And then later topped with coconut flakes, hemp hearts, strawberries and figs (so happy to see figs at the supermarket!!). Drizzled with honey. I love breakfast food teehee.

Past 2 days saw me superglued to my bed. Refused to wake up. Hence no workout for the past 2 days. But... 休息是为了走更长远的路 💪 shall head for a run tonight 😉
