Summary: I’m feeling really upset how hard it is to keep up with keto diet. Feel weird when I am taking too much fat and oil in me. Like I’ll get a heart attack soon with all the supposed fat intake. Was a bit down this morning at work and just wanted something fruity. Hence I had the orange lol. Damn fail la this keto diet. Feel like so many people in office is rooting for me to fail and at this stage I just wanna save my face lol. Help.
