What I've been up to!

So it's been a while since my last post and I'm so excited as of late!!! I just received the bestest news in a while and I really can't wait to share it!!!

I know this is quite ambiguous but I just want to get this off my chest and share my excitement! Bigger things are coming and I'm so glad that my patience paid off ☺️

Saw this quote and it's so on point!!!

When the time is right, I'll share more! 😬 And no, I'm not pregnant hahahaha

In my previous post, I shared that I bought the Becca Skin Perfector so I tried it out as a highlighter. This is the outcome! #nofilter

It's pretty subtle in terms of giving that highlight so if you are looking for a super highlight on fleek look, this is not something I would recommend.

Instead, this would be more suitable for those who like a subtle glow and highlight.

Plus I bought the travel sized tube so it's perfect for travels!

Also did a mini shoot at work with my in-house photographer who's really good at what he does!

I'm sporting Seek's exclusive kicks, which I thought would be too chunky for me, but turns out that it look pretty alright! Retro classics for the win πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I think this photo is hilarious πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Momo was lying on me and I just randomly snapped a photo and managed to catch this on camera hahahahahaha He has such a stupid face πŸ˜‚

A selfie before I head to work πŸ˜…

I always love a good radiant and fresh look for work but I always end up NOT looking like this at the end of the day unfortunately.

Usually by the end of the day, my face is oily af, mascara and eyeliner smudge, lipstick all gone... In short, I look really tired hahaha

I wish my makeup could stay on this way the whole day 😭

Last Friday I headed to JW Marriott's grand opening at South Beach with @evepek @vaingloriousyou and our other halves, with a special guest representing @lianmeiting, her hubby Shun Xiong!

At the launch, we went on a food trail at the 5 restaurants within the compound. My favorite was Akira Back that serves up fusion Japanese cuisine!

It's really exotic I must say. Like Taco with Wagyu Beef, Salmon Sashimi Pizza etc. But it was really good!! I'll definitely head back to try more next time!

Also, recently I went to Ikeda Spa to try out their new Ikebana Flower Ritual - a head to toe pampering session!

The ritual consists of a foot scrub, body massage, body polish, body wrap and hot stones facial.

I loved every bit of the session cos it was really a full body treatment! My favourite part is the facial cos I like how warm and comforting the facial felt, along with the relaxing facial massage πŸ’†πŸ»It was simply divine 😍

Another thing I liked was the massage. It was really relaxing... A much needed wind down from the hectic week!

Oh ya Ikeda also has this massage called the Zen Candle Therapy. It's their signature massage and it's so good!!! It uses warm wax with long kneading massage strokes that really destresses you and relieves any tension. That's what I call a good massage!!! Damn, now I really wanna book my next session heh

We also visited the new Tsuta outlet at Tai Seng! Tsuta is the famous one Michelin Star ramen joint that just recently arrived on our shores.

The 1st outlet is at Pacific Plaza and this is the 2nd. This Tai Seng outlet has the new Miso Ramen that Pacific Plaza doesn't serve so I tried it out, since I've had the Truffle Ramen before.

TBH, the Miso Ramen is quite 'heavy' and I didn't like how strong the taste was. I prefer the Truffle one cos it's pretty unique and tastes really good!
