& before we know it, we are down to the last day of 2018!! It didnt feel too long ago that i was just making my 2018 resolutions. Thankful for my family & friends around me & the new friends made along the way. 🙏Work has been filled with ups & down but grateful for the guidance along the way & the little achievements made. It hasnt been easy but im really glad to see how far ive gone in the year.

December// Fitness

Hello! Omg cant believe we are down to the last 9 days of 2018. This year just seem to go by extremely quickly. 😱😱😱What went on this morning: Game of zones at Fitness First. Team of 12 compete in 'games' spartan style. Its been a while since ive been involved in such team sports. Abit of an awkward turtle still but the good thing i feel (in my opinion) about sports people are that they are usually more friendly.
