Good morning. Yayz its midweek already! 😊Woke up after a terrible nightmare with a really bloated & uncomfortable tummy in the middle of the night. Sigh its been such a rollercoaster week for me & i have honestly been having nightmares the last few nights. 😣 Got up at 510am and cause my tummy still felt weird i honestly sat on my bed & contemplated if i should gym this morning. Well, glad i decided to eventually cause nth feels better than a gym workout to destress.
