I think after 7 days of consecutive workouts, I’m slowly getting back!Today:- abs 30 day challenge D7- 50 squats- abs 30 day 100 reps challenge. But I up-ed a little, 100 leg lifts, 100 wriggles and 100 crunchesReally really slowly!42 days to HK! Hopefully I would have developed some core and thighs by then!
