My last Tangzhong did not give a soft bread. It was dry when I sliced it fresh out of oven. How can that be, when everyone was saying how good TZ is.I tried TZ on another recipe last week.After 12 hours, 1st rise.This looks like my belly right after birth 🙈🙈🙈🙈
