Sign of aging is when you no longer prepare a food list prior to the trip home or religiously stick to your favourite hawker stalls for its speciality which your taste buds deem worthy. At least I didn't over stuff myself or have this overwhelming guilt after feasting. If this is aging, maybe it isn't that bad after all. So much wisdom hahahaAnyway, I think I've managed to narrow down my must have list Penang food to:Asam LaksaWan Tan MeeChar Koay TeowNyonya Kuih
My childhood friend sent me this. Hahaha sooooo true! But I'm trying to be healthy and eat 'cleaner' these days.Joined class pass and so far I'm really enjoying it. Exercise does make a huge difference. I'm only doing 2 classes per week but my energy level is just ⬆️⬆️⬆️. Also, feeling less fatigue and I sleep better too.
Last year for Christmas, Mr 🐙 got me a baby elephant...........for a day!We were in Chiang Mai over the Christmas & New Year break. And when in Thailand, it is a must for me to see my favourite animal. This baby totally stole my 💓, actually everybody's hearts in the tour. The name of the place is elephant jungle sanctuary if anybody is interested. They are certified ethical, so ethical that the elephants there live better than me ok. All they do is eat, sleep, play and repeat.
