I have an irrational fear for black chicken since young and today, I’ve tried to shove my fear into the backseat and bought one whole black chicken as one of my herbal soup ingredient. Damn funny how Desmond tried to rationalize the fear for me, which is true. I took damn long last time before convincing myself that I can touch raw meat ok🙃 mainly raw chicken and pork. Somehow I’ve never liked touching raw meat? But as times went by, I started touching them and they’re not soooo bad.

Have anyone tried this?? How is it?I’ve been thinking about this for sometime but I cannot bear to pay $400 for this tool though online reviews seems really promising😭 maybe if I have feels to treat myself after performance bonus🤔

Just did 15mins of stairmaster and I died. Haha can’t believe I used to do longer duration on it during prep. Gonna slowly work my way up again!Did a weigh in yesterday and omg shock of my life. Heaviest EVER and my fat percentage is a little too high for my comfort🙃Gonna do something about it while still putting on muscles😏

Lunch for tue to fri this week!Asparagus for health, baked beans or fiber, chicken breast for protein , edamame noodles for carbs and protein and cheddar cheese for fats.
