Did some cooking yesterday to make sure I’m eating more nutrients and I had tim ho Wan for lunch! It’s been so so long since me and my colleague said we want to eat it and we finally went after more than a year.
Finally went to see the doctor today and wow, I forgot how busy Mondays can be for them. Anyway, dinner! Chirashi don with asparagus and jackfruit. My attempt to get more vitamins in me. Had cherries and dragonfruit before this. I love fruits.
Last night dinner. Was feeling a little sick so I skip the gym and head home to rest instead. Unsweetened soymilk with myprotein total nutrigreen tropical flavor. Dragonfruit. Smart carb bread with Edam cheese.
