Prawn tanghoon with fish & bitter gourd soup. This is improved version from the previous prawn tanghoon, or rather prawn pad thai. Previously I used the wrong type of noodles, the pad thai ones. The pad thai noodles kinda soaked up all the soup I prepared and it ended up quite soggy. So failed. It’s also puzzling to me how I can get the tanghoon wrongly the first time don’t ask me why. Lol. And this time I got tanghoon and tried this dish again!
