Yeah finally today is the last day of term 1 school. Am anxious and excited for tomorrow's meet the teacher session to see how my boy had being coping with his secondary school life.Tonight we are having all meat dish such as; Pan-fried Mackerel, Pork Chop with Onion, Potato with Meatball and mixed grains with sweet potato.

Being craving for this braised mustard green with roast meat for sometime so today I decide to make a pot for our dinner using roast duck 😬Ingredients:1/2 portion roast duck or meat1 Chinese Mustard green, cut into chunks1 medium carrot, thickly sliced1 bulb of garlic5 slices ginger3 bird eye chilli1 medium tomato, seed remove 1 medium onion, wedges250-300ml hot water* i replace 8 dried Chilli with 3 bird eye Chilli and 20g Assam skin with tomato
