I keep thinking to myself that I should start sleeping a full 7 hours a day - it’s better for health, concentration, success. Technically should be possible, if I slept at 12am and woke up at 7am. But somehow I find myself having closer to 5 hours a night. How to sleep more when sometimes I log off at 12?Writing about this now at the bus stop to work because I overslept for work today. Being a light sleeper and a kiasi person, I can count the number of times this happened with a peace sign.
Went for my first spin class with Germaine this morning. A couple of years back, someone asked me why I never joined any clubbing activity (I’ve been to a club twice in my life). I replied that I fundamentally objected to activities that spanned that late in the night and that if clubs were in the day time, I would go. Fast forward a couple of years, I’m making up for lost clubbing time with these new-age gyms. ✅ Skimpy-clothes ✅ Loud music ✅ Strobe lights ✅ Endorphins
Just tried updating my post but it kept failing?? In what universe will people pay for dayre subscription if their most basic functions are not working in the leadup to their big launch? In any case, we are finally on our last leg of house reno! Made the mandatory ikea stop yesterday and wiped the house down. Right now I’m at StarHub, waiting to settle the most important errand yet – wifi.
