Where to lepak today ah?

WE ARE BACK AT LEPARK ONCE AGAIN! ✌🏼️

So just the other day, we were invited down for yet another food tasting session (scroll back to months ago when we were there)! If you don’t already know, Lepark is located at the former carpark of People Park’s Complex. Hidden atop Chinatown springs a mod-sin tapas bar adding on to the list of Singapore’s rooftop dining experience! 🍻

Their entrance has become such an icon that we just needed a shot with it while waiting for everyone else to arrive πŸ˜‚

After all the food photography tips we gathered from our Alphas (check it out on sg.churpieblogs.com if you haven’t!), we were excited to put their tips to the test! πŸ‘πŸΌ

βœ… Sriracha Melted Butter Chicken

First up on the menu was the Sriracha Melted Butter Chicken! Deliciously seasoned with spice, the butter mixed with Sriracha sauce complemented each other perfectly. We gobbled down the chicken wings within seconds. πŸ—

βœ… Prawn Paste Five Spice Chicken Skin

If you’re a fan of prawn paste chicken wings, you’ll definitely enjoy this side dish. Chicken skin might not sound very appealing but in fact, it’s so crispy and flavorful that we just couldn’t stop at one! πŸ–

⭐️ Satay Marinated Angus Beef Cheek Stew with fried buns

Two beautifully browned (fried) buns laid atop wild rockets, waiting to be stuffed with the Satay Marinated Angus Beef Cheek Stew. Mmm… This was our personal favorite! The beef chunks were sooo tender which Mistergoob 😏 described aptly as “melt in your mouth.”

βœ… Salted Egg Yolk (SEY) Cheese Soft Shell Crab Slider

Lepark’s own rendition of Singapore’s widely popular sauce – salted egg yolk, is served with a twist! Salted Egg Yolk CHEESE Soft Shell Crab Slider is a dish not to be missed. πŸ¦€

For those who find salted egg yolk a little “jelat” (flavor overdose), the cheese brings the flavor down a notch while retaining the savory goodness of the salted egg yolk sauce!

βœ… Pork Bulgogi Burger with Pickled Achar & Fries

Our last main dish was the Pork Bulgogi Burger with Pickled Achar & Fries! πŸ”

We were so stuffed with food that we didn’t manage to fully indulge in it thus we aren’t able to give an honest review about the burger. However, @missgoob loved it so you could head on over to her post to read more about it! πŸ‘†πŸΌ

⭐️ Thai Milk Tea Soft Serve with Nata De Coco & Chin Chow

We were all super satisfied with the dishes and the food-tasting ended on a sugar high note with their latest addition to the dessert menu, Thai Milk Tea soft serve with nata de coco & chin chow (grass jelly). Yup, there’s always room for dessert! Words really can’t describe the paradise we were in as we took many spoonfuls of the soft serve sprinkled with coconut, it almost felt like we were in Thailand πŸ˜‚
