Ma de I damn depressed now
Finally have (a bit of) time to update Dayre!
Anyway, ya.... I don't know if it's post-period syndrome (am I the only girl who feels EXTRA annoyed and irritated right after I end my menstrual cycle? It's like post-PMS liddat fml max) or the sudden influence from mainstream media but I feel like I did not see any significant results in my lifestyle albeit having the initiative to be more productive and keep my resolutions.
I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. I tried to pay more attention in lectures and get great results this semester so I can officially transfer to Melbourne but no matter how much I try, I can't seem to comprehend what the lecturers are teaching!! And it doesn't help that most of the lectures are full. Plus, I have very short attention span so I get distracted really easily in class la fml.
SOME MORE NEXT WEEK IS OFFICIALLY STRESS WEEK FOR ME AS I AM BOMBARDED WITH QUIZZES AND ASSIGNMENTS WAAAAAAA
I've been trying to lose weight for like, THE LONGEST TIME EVER LMAO LMAO and I only made the initiative NOW to drag my fat ass to the gym. I've been consistently hitting the gym since January and I still!!! Don't!!!! See!!!! Any!!!! Weight!!!!! Loss!!!!!!!1!1!1!1!!1!!1!1!1!!!1!1!1!1!1!1!2!!!!

Actually my friends said I look slimmer but I will not be deceive by such sugarcoated words HAHAHA because they're my friends leh so maybe they want me to feel good about myself. Sorry, but I'M NOT HAVING IT.
I tried to make myself feel better by telling myself that maybe I've been gaining muscle mass that's why the numbers don't go down
But who the fuck am I kidding, I'm still out of breath when I walk up one flight of stairs and I recently sprained my ankle from walking too much when I went to Singapore LIKE WHAT THE FUCKEDY FUCK HAHAHA #WEAK
Before anyone tries to comment on my eating habits, I tell y'all first that even though I don't eat clean, I resisted fast food, sodas and sweet drinks already!! And that is already quite a struggle for me okay I have to reduce my teh c peng intake you think easy??! But I managed to drink more water now (used to go days without drinking mineral water. I know, not something to be proud of). And still no changes????? Bic whet the feck
It's been almost 4 months of gym and no fast-food/sodas and I'm still looking as fat as ever lol. Dahlah gemuk, bodoh lagi tu!!!!!
