Guess which baby doesn't hate the car seat anymore!!!Initially he struggled and tried his hardest to sit up, but after I dangled the rabbit in front of him, he started staring at it and touching it... till he fell asleep.Ok time to prowl the web for more car toys. I brought along some loops too, will use that if he gets bored of rabbit.
12.00pmWah the dayre2.0 discussion makes for interesting reading material! Seeing how I now have a baby strapped to me (he hates the car seat now FOL WE PICKED A ROAD TRIP FOR OUR HOLIDAY) and have very limited entertainment options. And the driver aka my husband still ask if I can feed him grapes *rolls eyes* how about I take over the wheel la also can.
12.03amThis happy little elf is trying to sleep next to me now.. watching him play with his hands and then with my top.We completed the first leg of our road trip across France and are putting up at a hotel tonight. This elf was not so happy on the last part of the journey because he straight wailed for what felt like 30 minutes and nothing could soothe him, except when we turned into the highway rest stop. What was a 3 hour drive turned into a 4 hour drive.
Legit LOL-ed when I read wishywashi's description about how men just need to like wash milk bottles and then behave like they are Gandhi.Because the husband and I had a conversation about chores allocation last night and when pressed to respond with what additional chores he has had since baby, he quoted, "got what, I got wash milk bottles."Bitch please, baby direct latches all feeds now.But k to be fair he washes the pump parts and bottles if and when I do end up using it, when we go out.
I finally managed to get a video of baby's laughter!Previous attempts were all unsuccessful because only when I play with him with both hands he would break out in laughter, ie I have no hands to hold my phone.I did ask the husband to try making him laugh but he only makes him give some 敷衍 smile and not the 開懷大笑 yknow.*Naggy wife voice: "See, told you to play with him more often right"*
The baubles arrived!I couldn't decide on the colour scheme to go for, until the husband suggested how about wood. And off I made it my mission to find woody or neutral baubles.. which is incredibly difficult!I found these which I thought were wooden ones, until they arrived and the box was soooo light, I realised they were made of straw.Still very pretty though! The little Santa Clauses are still wooden.
