Monday interval

Warm up

3 laps of warm up and interval.

Session: 600m x 9 with 1min 15 seconds recovery

As usual, we always run one less lap than the rest. Because they are faster and won't wait for us.

4th grp - more than 30mins
3rd grp - 5km @ 25-30mins
2nd grp - 5km @ 20-25mins
1st grp - running at 2"+ pace

The interval gang!

Last year (1st Oct) running at 5:47 pace for interval training.

Fastest pace was on 22 Oct last year, at 5:14 but was for a shorter distance.

Still has so much to do to keep been in track. Suffering for the laziness.

Might not be that far apart of I didn't take a 3 weeks break after the SCSM 😑.
