You know how you sometimes spot a toddler crying and screaming hysterically in the mall, with back arched and arms and legs flying everywhere in the arms of a parent who does nothing but keep a straight face, not making eye contact with anyone who throws awkward stares at them wondering why the heck the parents aren't doing anything to calm the crying toddler? Those parents who seemed too nonchalant to care...were us. Just got news that a church member's baby girl passed away after battling with life support due to H1N1. Starting the day on a really really low note 😔I can only imagine how her parents are feeling. I don't know them personally but I saw them going out for prayer in church last weekend, and the couple weeping, clinging onto each other. The scene broke my heart so much I just stood there and stare from afar, praying from afar.
Dinner with the girls tonight at Uovo. Missing @bobostephanie who's unwell! As always our time isn't enough! Sooooooo many things to update each other. Our chat group has been much quieter than last time. We used to be able to chat everyday from day to night on various topics, anything and everything. These days, all of us are just so busy with our own ventures, families, struggles that we just simply have no time to even chat. So dinners like this is absolutely crucial!!
