Well, so I passed!! 🥊😄 Nobody failed la. You may fail certain aspects but nobody will be so cui as to fail everything. As expected, I barely passed the running category. I don't know what grade I got for running but as long as I pass, it's good enough for me. With my short and thick legs, flat feet, low stamina, it's a miracle this hippopotamus body can run at all. 🤦🏻♀️ For the other areas I think I will do ok.
If the fear of forgetting to bring something on a trip is 10, I'm feeling about 20 now. 😩 My level of unpreparedness is 500. Today is the day of my Muay Thai Intermediate Level exam. I am nervous AF. I usually work out 2-3 times a week and I'd have been fitter any other week in the year but due to some reasons I haven't been able to exercise this week. Stamina drop, flexibility drop, reflexes drop, strength drop. And then today exam. FML.
Having some fun by myself while waiting for the numbing cream to kick in. At Astique now for laser and chemical peel, which have helped my acne problems tremendously. I have low tolerance for pain on my face, so the numbing cream is a must for me. The nurses here are very nice too, often sharing their acne struggles with me and how the treatments here have helped them. I'm glad I'm in good hands here. New promos are coming out in March. I'll keep you all posted! 🌟
Is it only me or does anyone feel gloomy too? My husband finds it amusing that the color of the sky can affect my mood. Really what. 蓝色是忧郁 ~~~ 🌀💙📘💎💤My moods go haywire at this time of the year, every year. Firstly, it's when all the yummy snacks come out to play - 一年一次 - yet I have to control control control 🤢 coz it's also 一年一次 that we meet relatives or family friends so kinda have to present our best selves. Argh! Constant battle between my brain, heart, and waistline.
Have you seen anything this peculiar before? Little green bubble clusters hanging like seaweed branches, that look like miniature grapes with ten times more shine. 🍇🌱 They’re actually Sea Grapes, a staple food item of Okinawans, originally harvested only in Okinawa. Umi Budo is the Japanese name for Sea Grapes.
