Day 14!

This week I did not follow the plan as accurately and I suffered from it. I felt more tired and hungry as a result. For next week, will try to follow as closely as possible, barring the 2 days that I will be away. I am not following the plan to the T but still using the recipes from the plan as I need to try and use up all the veggies I've bought. Made green smoothie for breakfast without the protein powder and had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, plus coffee.

Day 10

Had quite an intense session at F45 Athletica this morning but I'm realising that most sessions are pretty intense. Need to try to get more shut eye tonight. Breakfast was protein oats, I couldn't finish all of it. Might reduce the amount of water and half the protein powder next time.

Day 9!

Did Romans today, it was pretty intense which is always good. Weighed myself this morning and the scale said 57! Wow. I lost almost 1kg after just one week. I'm not measuring my progress by the number on the scale but it's nice to see progress in a concrete way. Normally if I'm wearing a t-shirt, my tummy will protrude out a bit but even though I still have some flab, it looks better now. Oats and scrambled eggs for breakfast today with some coffee.

Day 8 - start of Week 2

Breakfast was a tomato, capsicum, onion and spinach scramble. This time around I cooked the tomatoes with the capsicum and onion, the mixture was soggier.. hmm.. need to try different methods. I prefer the eggs more solid.

Day 7 - end of Week 1

Pancake with bacon for breakfast! The pancake was not that delicious. Might try a different recipe for next weekend.

Day 6 Saturday Caturday

Went for the first time, F45 on a Saturday which was Hollywood. It was pretty tough but good way to start the weekend right. Breakfast is a green smoothie which has spinach, protein powder, kiwi, celery and a packet of Stevia. Wasn't delicious but palatable.
