Trying to make my diet right in 2019 first few meals at least... 😜Breakfast: A slice of Gardenia multigrain Low GI bread with avocado and homemade granola with low fat milk (Gave the remaining 2 slices of bread to Husband and let him have the most of the half avocado 😁)Lunch: Brown/low GI red basmati rice mix together, pan-fry tau kwa, fry egg with big onion, fry cai xin, Kang Kong & sweet potato fry with chilli Basically, I’m trying to ‘clear’ the vege we have inside the fridge.
