Leftover Jap curry from lunch... Hmmmm....
Made into buns. Knead e no knead dough receipe and dough turned out so much better! Will never skip e kneading anymore. Also, added some garlic powder into e dough but can't really taste it. Luckily e garlic powder did not affect yeast activity. Shall put parsley next time.
Fresh out from e oven.
Into a box for storing. Look at how nicely e buns retain their shape.
