cny period is when you eat lots and lots of snacks and reunion dinners and just generally a lot of food. I decided to make a simple meal for lunch today and of course it's BRUNCH FOOD😋Matcha breadcakes with blistered tomatoes and scrambled eggs! I used Chrissy Teigan's recipe for these eggs and omg, life changed. I don't have my eggs scrambled because I don't like the wet, tasteless texture but this was 👌🏼✨ They were so cheesy, with absolutely no cheese added.Amazing #dayrefatties
a lesson learnt from spin class yesterday: "the bike does not control you. YOU control the bike." 👈🏻 i know it sounds really obvious - of course you control the bike; you're paddling it! but when you have sweat dripping into your eyes and your lungs are on fire and you wanna just hop/drop off the bike, it really does sound like a revelation 〰
hi hello all! i haven't been updating because of a ton of different reasons (busy, lazy, addicted to tana french books, etc) but i am finally going to update today because the cny curse has hit me: NON-STOP SNACKING.i've had like 10 cubes of chocolate already, along with delicious cashews and my ultimate weakness, 🍍 tartslegit #dayrefatties 😅😂😭so better use my fingers to blog rather than snack!
