So I went missing for awhile from this space because I didn’t want to keep up with so many platform.This year, as the new year started, there’s only 1 thing im chasing after - my personal well-being physically & mentally.I realized I gave so much of myself out that I never took care of myself. I fell ill easily, I’ve super negative thoughts whenever I’m off-guard etc etc and I don’t like that me.So I started the year with my favorite activity - Yoga & lots of it.
