The first step to self healing is to actually acknowledge the issues you have yourself. The only time others can help you is only when you decided you needed help and you starts by taking the small step forward.I am moving forward again, little by little. It does not matter how big the step I can make now. What truly matters is that I am no longer stuck in the rut.#mentalillness#anxiety

I found a new lease of life on 1st May night. While it's hard to keep myself grounded, I know that's the only way to self healing.I can do it.

If I have the will to feel what I'm feeling today everyday,I'm gonna really live the life I have always wanted.
