This is really random but I think I wanna try doing challenge of the month, so that every month, I’ll document a challenge that is intended to work towards my year’s goals. So for the month of March... my goal would be... To do Emi Wong’s workout at least 5 days a week! My intention is to do it in the morning before I leave for work, that’s why it’s 5 days a week. What’s great about her workouts are that there are the basic ones for noobs like me,
