My lunch today consists of jam&cheese bread with Kiwi and Apple! Can’t wait to eat them already 👅 Back onto my 10k a day steps track. Hoping to maintain it consistently so I can push my limit to 12k steps a day. Seems little but for my daily work, it’s quite hard to hit this amount. Therefore have to make myself move around more.All the little things that count!
MooooooooondayThis week is gonna dread more every morning because I have him snoozing next to me. Making me just want to spend time with him. HAHABut it doesn’t work that way because he is staying over for the week cause he is on course and the place is just a few bus stops away from my house. 🤭 At least we got to leave house together!
