I think my body is finally retaliating. I’ve always been the kind to like to push myself to go further, in all aspects of my life. I set challenges and goals and strive to exceed them.
So I hate taking breaks. Free time? Study, workout, do work, no rest. I get guilty taking long breaks because I feel like I’m wasting my time. But I think it’s starting to take a toll on myself.
Got woken up this morning with a throbbing migraine and fever and I just feel so drained and lethargic all over. I think it’s the accumulation of work stress, workout stress and lack of sleep.
This weekend shall be one of complete rest and recharge, Calista. I need this break and I deserve it ✨♥️
