White fish, spinach, celery with prawn stocks. Week 6 (last week of this challenge!!!) - Only greens and white meat.- No green apple or kiwi in green smoothie. (Doesn't taste nice at all) Yesterday, I started to look up different recipes and wanting to try them out. Also, been thinking what I'm going to eat first after the challenge is over. 😂 Malaysian food? Or healthy brunch?

Today is the last week of prep meals for the challenge is the least preparation among the past five weeks. The reason is we have been too busy in assembling furniture and organising things around the house on the weekend! Finally, after one year of living here. 😅We even visited IKEA twice a day just to get things done. I might try to wake up at 5am to make my breakfast and lunch. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm literally can't be bother to do anything at all, sooo tired!

If anyone is interested. They have quite good deals! The tablelamp (marble based!) discounted from $200 to $40! Within an hour, 80% of the lamp gone! Tempted to buy it but i shall stick with $10 lamp for now. Couldn't decide the interior of our room yet lol.

Just want to document my feeling right now. On Sunday, I tried on my old pants and finally it fits me after struggling with #weightloss for the past year!!!! 😭😭😭 This morning, a colleague of mine complimented my skin looks good and I look different. I'm really happy. Truly grateful with all the supports I've been getting. It wasn't because of Dayre, I wouldn't start this journey.

Week 4

Before I went for sugar free and no processed food diet.1 August 2017 After using one of the sheetmasks, my skin suddenly became irritated and sensitive. Tried different methods but still couldn't calm my skin down. #dayrebeautyI always know that if I have excessive sugar for the week, my pimples would keep popping out. 😂
